NAVC taps leading creatives and marketers from around the globe to serve as a judge for the annual VETTY Awards®.
These individuals are selected based on their extensive knowledge and demonstrated creative work. We purposefully seek out judges who have an in-depth understanding of the marketing industry’s evolving landscape. Our judges represent the best in their respective fields.
Judges are assigned categories based on their individual professional focuses. We require a minimum of three judges per category. Each judge scores entries individually. At the end, all scores are averaged together. Award winners receive Gold, Silver, and Bronze based on their averaged score.

We strive to find judges who are not bias. We also require that judges have not entered into the program during the year that they are judging. Judges do have the ability to abstain from judging an entry if there is a bias. Should this happen, we have alternative judges to tap.
Each of our judges volunteer their own time and professional insight as a service to the larger creative animal health care community. As part of this service, we ask each judge to be guided by two main principles of conduct in addition to our judging criteria and protocol:
Do you know someone who is excellent in the field of marketing and communications and who is passionate about the animal health care industry? Please submit a nomination for a judge by contacting us.
